Upon booking with Rogue Wolves K9 Training Academy, you agree to having read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions. On completion of the booking process you are in acceptance of our terms and conditions & your contract with Rogue Wolves K9 Training Academy begins.

 

-Initial Consultation-

Before any training package is agreed between the client and Rogue Wolves K9 Training Academy, an initial consultation will take place, this gives us the chance to meet face to face, discuss goals or problems and recommend a bespoke training plan. The initial consultation is priced at £60 and is due at the time of booking to secure the appointment, this fee is non refundable.

 

Any appointment not paid for will not be considered complete and therefore will not be booked.

 

This appointment can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice, waiting times will vary and will be when the trainer is next available outside of other commitments.

 

-Payments, Refunds & Cancellations-

 

Ad Hoc Singular Sessions: Payment is required at the time of booking, this fee is non refundable.

 

Ad Hoc sessions can be rescheduled if a minimum of 48 hours notice is given, waiting times may vary and will be when the trainer is next available outside of other commitments.

 

Packages: A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, the remaining fee is due on the date of the first session, once the package commences no refunds shall be given for cancellation.

 

Package training sessions can be rescheduled if a minimum of 48 hours notice is given, waiting times may vary and will be when the trainer is next available outside of other commitments.

 

Residential Training: A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, the remaining fee is due on the date of stay, once the dog/s training commences no refunds shall be given for cancellation or if the client wishes to end the training earlier than agreed upon booking.

 

Residential training sessions cannot be rescheduled. If client wishes to rebook due to cancellation a further non refundable 25% deposit will be taken to secure new dates.

 

Classes and Group Sessions: Payment is required on booking to reserve the space. If payment has not been received via the booking system or BACS, the space will not be held.
 

If you fail to attend any training classes that have been paid for, the full fee is retained by Rogue Wolves K9 Training Academy. Session fees do not roll over for missed sessions. These are forfeited by you, the participant. No refunds are offered once classes or group sessions have been booked.

 

-Expectations Whilst In Attendance-

Please keep your dog on lead at all times unless directed otherwise by the Trainer.
 
Please keep a respectable distance from other dogs. Please bear in mind there may be dogs with hidden behavioural issues that need space.
 
All equipment provided by Rogue Wolves K9 Training Academy will be of good working quality and checked regularly for faults. However the client is liable for ensuring good and proper use of this equipment, any improper use of said equipment resulting in injury is down to that of the client.

Equipment provided by the client are the responsibility of the client and as such Rogue Wolves K9 Training Academy do not take any responsibility for faults and accidents caused by this equipment or as a result from using this equipment.

Muzzles are welcome and encouraged if your dog needs to wear one. This can be removed upon further discussion if deemed appropriate. Please ensure your dog's muzzle is of good quality and fitting.
 
You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog/s should they go to the toilet and are responsible for all the behaviour and actions of your dog/s. Please follow all instructions at all times, including all safety instructions and proper use of dog training equipment.
 
Bitches in season may be welcome but please consult with us first before bringing them as it may be inappropriate due to the nature of training.
 
You as the client are responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they are incurred. We are not liable for any loss, injury or death to a dog either inside or outside of the home whilst undergoing training with Rogue Wolves K9 Training Academy. We cannot be held responsible and all fees must be paid by you, the owner, if required.
 
Although we hold Public Liability insurance, it is highly recommended your dog is insured. Rogue Wolves K9 Training Academy reserves the right to refuse a booking for any animal which is not insured.
 
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during training sessions. Children present are expected to be of good manners and behave in a way to not jeopardise the safety of clients, trainers and guests involved in the training. If Children are partaking in specialised training events specifically for children, the responsibility is that of the parent/guardian for the health and well being of said child.
 
By choosing to attend, you agree to take full responsibility for your own safety, the safety of all parties accompanying you and the safety of your dog. We accept no responsibility for any damage to, theft of, or from your vehicle. Please do not leave valuables in your car.
 
Any owner wishing to accompany Rogue Wolves K9 Training Academy whilst an animal is being transported accepts that they do so at their own risk and that Rogue Wolves K9 Training Academy does not accept any liability for any accident, injury or delay incurred during transportation.

 

Rogue Wolves K9 Training Academy reserves the right to cancel all booked training at any time.

Should this unlikely instance occur, we will do our best to find an appropriate alternative, if no alternative can be arranged the client will receive a full refund for the session/s cancelled

If the Trainer of Rogue Wolves K9 Training Academy falls ill suddenly or is unable to carry out their usual duties, your session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
