Terms & Conditions
These terms govern all training services provided by Rogue Wolves K9 Training Academy. By booking with us, you agree to the following conditions.
Initial Consultation
A fee of £60 is charged for an initial consultation. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Clients may reschedule their consultation once, provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Ad Hoc Sessions
Payment for ad hoc training sessions is required in full at the time of booking. Ad hoc session fees are non-refundable.
Training Packages
Package fees are due in full no later than one week before the first session within the package. Once a package commences, no refunds will be given for cancellation under any circumstances.
Residential Training
Residential training requires a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total programme fee, payable at the time of booking to secure your place. Residential training bookings cannot be rescheduled once confirmed. Missed or cancelled residential placements will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
Classes
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your space in a class. Class fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a session, that fee is forfeited in full.
Cancellation Policy
Once a training package or programme commences, no refunds will be issued for cancellation, regardless of the reason. This applies to all service types including packages, residential placements, and class bookings.
Trainer Illness or Unavailability
In the event that a trainer becomes ill or is otherwise unavailable, affected sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client. We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible in these circumstances.
Dog Handling & Safety
Clients are required to keep their dog on a lead at all times unless specifically instructed otherwise by the trainer. Clients must clean up after their dog and follow all safety instructions issued by Rogue Wolves K9 staff.
Veterinary Costs
The client is fully responsible for any veterinary bills incurred by their dog, regardless of how they arise during the course of training. We strongly recommend that all dogs are covered by appropriate pet insurance prior to commencing any training programme.
Children & Third Parties
Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times during training sessions. Clients assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of any accompanying persons and animals.
Limitation of Liability
Rogue Wolves K9 Training Academy accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to dogs during or as a result of training. Clients participate in all training activities entirely at their own risk.
Dog insurance is strongly recommended and may be required as a condition of booking for certain programmes. Please enquire at the time of booking.
